– Flutter Kicks 45 seconds.

– Spidermans 30 seconds (on Bosu round).
– Mountainclimbers 30 seconds.
– Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds.
– Side Plank 30 secs + pulse 30 secs( various other side).
