1 ROUND IS 7:30 MINUTES:

– Plank 60 seconds
– Jack Knives 30 seconds x 2
– Jack Knives 30 secs x 2 (opposite side).
– Flutter Kicks 45 seconds.
– Hold -.
– Spidermans 30 seconds (on Bosu round).
– Mountainclimbers 30 seconds.
– Side Plank 30 seconds + pulse 30 seconds.
– Side Plank 30 secs + pulse 30 secs( various other side).

Do 2 rounds to get in a reliable 15 Minute Abdominal muscle Workout!
