Subjects include which CrossFit criteria exercises I would certainly choose to duplicate for life if I needed to, what solitary meal I would consume if I needed to only eat one meal for the remainder of my life, & just what solitary activity I ‘d select if I could just do one.
Program Notes:
01:30 – My choice wherefore activity in the fitness center I would certainly pick if I could just do one for the remainder of my life
08:00 – If I might only do 3 CrossFit standards workouts, on repeat, for the remainder of my life, these are the 3 I would certainly select.
