– 6 tablespoon gewurztraminer vinegar.
– 3 tbsp fresh parsley.
– 5 tbsp olive oil.
– pinch of sugar.
– 2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
– 1.5 zucchini, sliced.
– 6 tail-on shrimps.
– 1 clove garlic, peeled as well as thinly sliced.
– 2 child romaine lettuces, torn into bite size items.
– 1 red onion, peeled off as well as very thinly sliced.
