Single bent over row into Single bent over flyes – 7 reps each/per arm X 4
Lateral raises right into Around the globes – 7 associates X 4
Plate front elevates – 8 reps X 3
Bicep into hammer curls – 12 associates X 3
Single rows – 7 associates per arm into Double Row – 7 associates – X 4
Lat take down – 8-10 representatives X 3
Face pull w lat take down – 8 associates X 3
Stairmaster – 20 minutes – 1 min walk/1 minutes avoid a step lunges
ABDOMINAL
Knee to elbow/foot to toe crunches
Sit ups via legs
Cocoon Crunch
30 secs per workout – 1 min between rounds – 3 rounds!
