Sweet Potato Lasagne | Shilpa Shetty Kundra | Healthy Recipes | The Art Of Loving Food
|Attempt your hand at this awesome one called Sweet Potato Lasagne. While Sweet Potatoes are abundant in nutritional fiber, spinach is filled with vitamins, iron and healthy protein.
Active ingredients.
1 tsp. vegetable oil or olive oil.
1 medium wonderful potato, thinly sliced.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
1 1/2 tablespoon. garlic, squashed.
1 cup spinach, chopped.
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder.
3 – 4 sprigs of thyme.
2 sprigs of rosemary.
1 1/2 cup single lotion.
1/4 tsp. paprika.
Sea salt to taste.
Olive oil for oiling the baking tray.
Parmesan or cheddar cheese as each taste.
Paprika for garnish.
Directions:.
Thinly slice the pleasant potatoes in a big bowl as well as maintain aside.
Place a frying pan over medium warmth, add oil. While the oil is home heating, include salt, paprika, black pepper to marinade the potatoes as well as blend well.
Include garlic in the pan and sauté till gold brownish.
Include spinach as well as sauté for a min.
Then include nugmet powder, thyme, rosemary as well as mix.
Now turn off the gas.
Add lotion and activate the gas on reduced flame.
Add paprika, sea salt as well as mix well.
Now turn off the gas.
Take a baking tray, grease the tray with olive oil as well as start layering the sweet potatoes, spinach as well as lotion mixture.
Layer it with pleasant potato initially, then put the spinach and also lotion mix over it.
Once again, layer it with pleasant potatoes, after that spinach and also cream combination.
Last but not least, leading it with some black pepper, parmesan or cheddar cheese and spray some paprika.
Currently, pre-heat the oven at 180 level as well as put the cooking tray to the pre-heated stove at 180 level for 15 mins.
