Hi peeps,

Today notes the start of my health journey. I took all the gut wellness tests sent by GojiMan and also sent them to the lab to be evaluated. In Episode 2, we’ll be looking at the results and exactly how I will certainly recover my intestine.

I also determined to get back to a daily routine (after 3 months of allowing myself to sleep in as long as I desired) and start presenting gentle workouts along with my usual yoga exercise classes.

✩ MY DAILY ROUTINE ✩

8:30 -9:00 wake-up
09:00 -10:00 lemon water + duties
10:00 -10:15 activity (normally combination of yoga exercise as well as wheelchair exercises).
10:15 -11:00 morning meal.
11:00 -13:00 job.
13:00 -14:00 lunch.
14:00 -15:00 chill/nap.
15:00 -17:00 work or errands.
17:00 -19:00 chill time (journalling/meditation/movie).
19:00 -21:00 dinner.
21:00 -22:00 read/stretch.
22:00 rest.
