Active ingredients:.
▪ 140g almond flour.
▪ 60g buckwheat flour.
▪ 30g protein (I utilize flavourless, or you can use vanilla).
▪ Dark Chocolate Chips ▪ 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
▪ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
▪ 1 tablespoon of honey.
▪ 1 tablespoon peanut butter ▪ 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil ▪ 1 egg.
▪ Almond Milk.
Dish:.
1. Pre-heat the stove to 180C.
2. Mix all the completely dry ingredients right into a dish with each other.
3. Combine the oil and honey with each other, then include the peanut butter. Stir to integrate and afterwards add the wet components into the dry mix.
4. Mix in the egg and mix with each other. Include in as much milk as needed to obtain a cookie batter appearance.
Taking a spoon, include the mix onto a cooking tray. You must get around 12 cookies.
