This is definitely a lifestyle adjustment for me and it’s challenging adapting yet with the assistance of my outstanding PT I’m really seeing such excellent results!
I’ve never done a video such as this prior to so I ‘d love some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism (please be kind)– I ‘d such as to know if you such as this style of fitness video, or if there’s anything I could reveal in different ways?
