My boy enjoys his veggies, but if your child fusses over consuming vegetables, then you should try this Veggie Pesto Pasta. It is included in my book Domestic Diva along with a whole lot of various other remarkable recipes. The USP of this recipe is that it is packed with vegetables that are camouflaged in the pesto sauce, so your youngsters will certainly never recognize as well as will gladly consume it.

This is a one stop meal thats matched for children and also grownups alike. This recipe is high protein and also fibre and reduced on carbs, therefore making it a wholesome healthy meal.

Components
For pesto sauce
1/2 mug spinach pre-cooked
1/2 cup broccoli pre-cooked
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic chopped
1/2 eco-friendly chilli deseeded
2-3 tablespoon. pinenuts
5 to 6 basil leaves
1 1/2 tablespoon. olive oil
1/4 cup milk

For pasta
1 tablespoon. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic cut
1 1/2 cup quinoa pasta steamed
1 tsp Italian natural herbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper squashed
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. lotion (optional).
3 to 4 cherry tomatoes for garnish.

Directions:.

Boil quinoa pasta for around 10 to 12 mins and keep aside.
Blanch spinach and also broccoli as well as maintain aside.
For making the pesto sauce, in a mixer container, include spinach, broccoli florets, garlic, green chilli, pinenuts, basil leaves, olive oil and blend right into a smooth paste.
Include milk to minimize the density of the sauce and also blend once again.
Currently, in a deep pan, add olive oil, garlic. As soon as garlic turns golden, add the pesto sauce mix to the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add quinoa pasta, Italian herbs, smashed black pepper, salt and also mix.
